Fraudsters And MNCs (Vicious circle)
When we hear words like corruption, money laundering etc we all think of fraud companies that are out there in every countries feeding off on innocents and unaware people. Think of Recruitment/Consultancy scams. These are most recent, most known scams among youngsters. They are the ones who asks you to trust them for job and money and they are the ones who betray you and they are the ones who says that your amount is refundable and they are the ones who threaten you or delay when amount for refund is asked. They are doing this scams on larger scales and feeding off on high school and university students. They are able to execute such scams on such level is because government officials are in on this with them. They asks you to sign papers without letting you read them, They threaten and humiliate by saying that they have contacts to higher officials(both legal and illegal) and we cannot do anything against them and they will win the court case if done and we will lose the money either way. They say they will provide jobs and they take money away and will say that amount will be refunded after one month or two and when that time arrives they will wind up and leave.
"This is my experience which I have seen in real life in India. I have post graduate diploma in software engineering and I have faced such ordeals which are explained further and still I am unemployed. People say talented people get jobs but that's just not reality."
Companies hire hiring companies(recruitment companies) who hire candidates for them but those who are unaware of good and bad hiring companies gets caught up in these scams. Some MNCs do VIP recruitment or HRs of such companies carry out such recruitment by themselves without letting the company know about such. MNCs remain unaware regarding this and all that's happening in the name of them. MNCs are doing nothing to safeguard hiring process or scams happening in their names. Company's HR's have tie ups with these fraudster HRs and they act as amoeba and feed off on students and innocent unaware peeps.
Those who have higher grades, doesn't get jobs and companies hire recruitment firms having higher margins to profit themselves. Either you need to be an IITian, IIM, or some other wizard from wizard college or you need to have a ton load of money to get job especially in India. That's the reason India is on Jobless growth which is deadly for the country. Companies want to pay less money for more working hours. Those who have brain hardly gets jobs just because they don't have links/contacts/references which usually HRs have and so they end up being an employee in call centers or in technical support. Even those with post graduate degrees and diplomas doesn't get jobs in their fields and end up being an employee in call centers or technical support or email chats etc. Crazy right?
